Every session is tailored to you and what your body needs that day. Sometimes that means deep, focused work on areas of tension. Sometimes it means flowing movement, stretching and mobilization. And sometimes the body simply needs time to slow down and let go.

My work combines different approaches rather than following a fixed routine. Depending on your needs, I draw from Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, deep tissue and fascial techniques, gentle mobilization and other forms of bodywork.

Deep Tissue & Fascial Work

For areas that need more attention. Slow, deep pressure and fascial techniques work with tension and restricted movement – always adapted to your body and your comfort level.

Individual Bodywork

Not every body needs the same thing.

A session can combine flowing massage, deeper structural work, mobilization and other techniques. We decide together what makes sense for you.

What to expect

Before we begin, we take a few minutes to talk about what you are looking for – areas of tension, preferred pressure and anything I should know before the session.

During the massage, you are always welcome to tell me if you would like more or less pressure, or if something doesn’t feel right. Good bodywork is not about enduring discomfort. It is about finding the right approach for your body.

Sessions take place in my private practice in Wiesbaden.
